Scott's Suits ("we", "us") makes custom suits through scottssuits.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
- Measurements and design choices: the body measurements you enter and the fabric, style and option choices for your suit.
- Photos you upload: if you choose to upload your own lining photo, we store that image with your order.
- Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.
- Visit counts: we use GoatCounter to count page visits, where visitors came from, and their general country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- On your device: the site saves your in-progress design in your browser so you don't lose it if you leave and come back.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, and to contact you about it.
- To save your measurements to your account if you are signed in, so you can reorder more easily.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the site and fill your order:
- Our tailoring workshop, which receives your measurements, design choices and shipping details to make and send your suit.
- Supabase, which stores orders, accounts and uploaded photos.
- Formspree, which emails each new order to us.
- Geoapify, which suggests addresses as you type your shipping address.
- GoatCounter, which counts site visits without cookies.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fill the order, handle alterations or reorders, and meet record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can also check out as a guest without creating an account. To make a request, email us.
